Using the Work Order List
The first screen you will land on is the “Work Orders” screen.
The list is sorted by “Start date” by default, but you can make use of the various filters to get the specific work order or work orders you are looking for. You can filter them by client, site, trade, service, time range, job status, or even invoice status. Some of these filters can also be used for sorting. Just click on the icon next to the desired filter’s name and select the appropriate option.
The last filter we did not cover is the work order number. And although it works as any other normal filter, it is special as this number can pinpoint a specific work order. Meaning whenever you run into issues with any job you can provide this to your parent company, and they will know which one is the problematic one.
Another way to find information is by using the search bar. This tool can be used to find a specific job or jobs with similar data.
You can click on a specific work order to access more information. Clicking on any of them will open a sidebar containing granular information on the work order. Noteworthy are the tabs contained on this sidebar. They include Activities, Audit Trails, and Details. Each will provide you with a great deal of information about the job.
