Processing a Work Order

There are times that due to unforeseen events your crew members are unable to report on the field. In such occurrences, as an administrator, you can make use of the Subcontractor Portal to upload the needed information.

To start, log into the Portal. You will land on the work order list. Make use of the search bar or the various filters to identify the work order you need to report on. Keep in mind that only open work orders can be reported on.

After you identify the appropriate work order, click on it. A sidebar will open on the right. This bar contains a series of fields that ask for information about the performed job. Some of these will be mandatory, those are marked with a red asterisk. Once completed select “Submit”.

The work order data will be sent to your parent company after being submitted. The information you submitted will also be saved and the work order status updated.
