Processing a Work Order

After the application has loaded you will be presented with the home screen. Here you will find open, or in-progress work orders assigned to you. The list is arranged by proximity by default so nearby sites will appear first. Scan through and select the work order you will be processing.

The following screen will contain the work order details. The information here will include the status tracking number, the expected completion time, and more. Click on the clock-in button to start a job. Wait for the popup to confirm your location and press “OK”. Bear in mind you must be near the location to clock in, otherwise, you will be prompted to move closer. The clock-in range might vary and may not be available based on your company configurations.

Once clocked in you will see the service button becomes active and it will allow you to capture services by clicking on it. If you have mandatory services to be completed before clocking out it won't allow you to do so by throwing a message and saying what needs to be done. In the services screen, you can fill in all required fields, such as tasks photos signatures, and notes. These fields will be mandatory or optional and may or may not be available based on the trade and service of the work order or even your company configuration.

Select the tasks performed and capture photos as required. You can also change the label and add descriptions to each photo. Once all the information has been populated you can navigate back to the work order details screen by pressing the arrow in the upper left corner of the screen. If all mandatory fields are populated the services button will be green.

With all services entered you can start the clock-out process. To check out press the clock-out button. For some trades, you will be presented with the option to keep the work order open or to complete it. Choose either option to continue and a successful pop-up message will be displayed with the appropriate work order number as confirmation.
