Registering an Account
Opening the FieldTech Connect mobile application lands you on the main screen. Here you can click on Login to log into the app with an existing account or if you don’t have one yet, click on Sign up and it will navigate you to the Create account screen.
An access code will be provided to you by your company either as a QR code or as text. You can click on the QR icon that will open the camera where you will scan your QR code and once validated correctly, it will take you to the next screen. If you have an access code in text format, then you can enter that access code in the field and click on GO which will validate and navigate you to the next screen.
Here you can enter your general information.
Once all the fields are populated, the Next button will become active. At any point, if you have any questions or concerns, you can click on Having trouble which will open a pop-up to display the options to contact us via phone or email.
On the next screen, you will be asked to enter the username and password and accept the privacy policy. Hit Next and you will be asked to upload a profile image. You can take a picture, upload from your library, or skip it.
Once done, it will send you a welcome email to the email address you provided and land you on the home tab.
If you want to invite other team members to your organization, you can then go to the Settings tab, click on the QR code, and the team member can either scan it from here or you can click on the Email option that will send you the email with the access code QR.
