General Navigation of the FTC App

After logging into the FieldTech Connect app, you will be presented with a work order list on the home screen. The list will contain any open and in-progress work orders that have been assigned to you. Completed work orders are not included in this list.


The work orders will display some details.  Each of your work orders will have a trade showcased by color. The location name and address are also shown. Based on the company's configuration; the start date, scheduled date, and end date may be shown.

This list is sorted by distance, the work order's site closest to you will show up at the top of the list. Other filters can be applied by navigating to the top right corner and clicking on the filter’s icon.

This view also contains a search bar. The search bar can be used to look for the desired work order. You may enter any site name, address, or work order number.

Another screen you can navigate to is Settings. Click on the button at the bottom of the view to navigate to it. You can make some changes to your account information, such as username, email address, or password.
